Learn to “Stay Fit While You Sit” on September 30

It’s challenging to stay fit in the workplace. While some companies have fitness centers on-site or provide discounted rates at local fitness centers, the majority of the workforce spends far too many hours glued to a computer screen, standing on a concrete floor all day, or doing repetitive motions on some machine.

Workplace wellness is a personal goal…and you can make it yours. Attend the “Staying Fit While You Sit” seminar on Thursday, September 30, at 7pm at the Skokie Public Library.
